Preceptorship

I found out today where I'll be doing my preceptorship for the last 6 weeks of Nursing School. I'll be on the 4th floor at Methodist Hospital in Sacramento. It is a Telemetry floor. It is a bit funny because at the beginning of the semester I was a bit put off by being placed on this floor for 5 weeks but I slowly got used to the ebb and flow of this floor and when I became stronger at recognizing EKG rhythms I really began to enjoy my time there. Than last week I went to a Medical Surgical floor and well, I really didn't like it. So, today when we choose our preceptor I choose Telemetry. I think it is a good fit.
