I had a nice Christmas weekend. I was able to spend time with my kids and actually was able to muster up some nice gifts for them. I think they were both happy with what was given. Than I spent the rest of the weekend with my love, cuddling and rekindling the fire that we both feared may have been going out. I think my only regret was not seeing my nephews as much as I would have liked. It wasn't any one's fault really they were just tired from the long trip as was my brother and sister in law. I know that feeling they had because I was there once myself.
I'm writing this now a few days post Christmas and it's more of a reflection than a reaction. I think now moving forward that the new year will be much better than the last. Kathy and I are finding our way in our relationship, I've been able to find some work here and there to pay my bills and in a year I'll be graduating and becoming a Nurse.

The nephews were mostly sick and as a result, tired. Sorry about the lack of time with you this past week. It would have been nice to see more of you.
