2009 bicycle stats :-(

I ended the year with only 4,483.41 miles and only managed to ride 125 times over the last year.

Not exactly the best year as far as mileage is concerned but some things should be considered. I started Nursing school last January which greatly impacted my riding opportunities. Also, since I had shoulder replacement surgery in June 2008 I was still getting back into riding shape early in the year.

In the end I still managed to ride three double centuries the Davis Double, Grand Tour and the Knoxville Double. All of which created their own sets of challenges.

I hope this coming year I can increase my annual mileage from '09.

2.4 rides per week.

If I manage to average just 3 rides per week with the same average ride length I'd easily add a 1000 miles to my totals. Just a thought.
